You are exposed to different kinds of leaders, colleagues and customers, that help you understand how people behave in the world. You also understand how an organisation is structured which would prove to be helpful when you set out to build one on your own.
One such entrepreneur is Federica Pasini, who transitioned from a full-time corporate employee to a full-time entrepreneur. β¨
After working and learning in a corporate environment for a while, Federica observed that the organised structure of corporates didn't allow them to test things and make an impact faster even if they wanted to. There were always systems and checkpoints in place that had to be followed before they could test anything in the market.
Once the pandemic hit, people got stuck at home and started to feel stressed and mentally exhausted. That's when Federica set out on a mission to help them!πͺπ»
So she set out to build a lean startup where they could test products and make an impact faster. That's when Hacking Talents was born. A company with a mission to unleash people's career potential. Federica then also got featured in Forbes 30 under 30.
